Business continuity support program – Eligibility Criteria:
- Active Commercial Registration/valid license.
- Small & Micro and enterprises (employees up to 50).
- Based and operating in Bahrain.
- Must have Social Insurance Organization/Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) registered employees.
- Provides audited financial statements or in-house management accounts for 2019 (if available)
- Should not have more than 50% Government ownership.
- Should not have active LMRA offences.
- Should not have active Tamkeen/LMRA violation(s).
- Should be able to show that COVID-19 has adversely affected their operations.
Business continuity support program – Required documents:
- An Active CR without any violation from SIO or LMRA.
- 3 months Bank statement of the company or it can be one of the owners of the company
- Valid Rental Agreement
- 3 months of electricity bill
- Accounting/Audit reports or In-house Accounting reports.
- Pieces of evidence proving that COVID-19 affected the business like accounting analysis, account receivables ageing report, outstanding reports, sales reports, and other evidence.
